Ingredients For The Recipe
- 1 Red apple
- 1 Banana
- 2 table spoon sugar
- 1 table spoon chocolate
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- Ice cubes
Bananas are a storehouse of fiber, potassium and Vitamin B6 which when consumed pumps up the energy level immensely well and keeps the heart protected. On the other hand, apples are not just great to eat but functions extremely well on cutting-back chances of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, high cholesterol and other malfunctions. You can also consume both these fruits for a glamorous skin because a detoxifying feature is abundant in both.
So to get a banana apple slushie on boards, chop up a red apple and a banana first. Add these fruits to a blender and pour in about 2 tbsp of granulated sugar. Also add some apple juice to incorporate something liquid into the mix. Blend them well and you have a glass of thick banana apple slushie ready.
