Chilled Chinese Noodles recipe
How to make Chilled Chinese Noodles
A= 3 T. soy sauce 3 T. vinegar 3 T. water 2-3 T. sugar 1-2 t. sesame oil toasted sesame seeds
- B= eggs thinly sliced ham or chicken (cooked) 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced or julienned 2 cups bean sprouts 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced or julienned pickled red ginger from the Asian market 1 package dry Chinese noodles from Asian market. Ramen noodles will work
Mix A ingredients for sauce and set aside.
2. Prepare all of the vegetables and meat. Blanch the bean sprouts and rinse in coldwater.
3. Prepare the noodles according to package directions.
4. Place noodles on plate. Top with veggies and meat and pickled ginger. Pour sauce on top.
This dish is served cold and is one of my favorite summer dishes.
