- 3 lbs chuck roast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 3 chipotle chilies in adobo, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) cans green chilies
- 1 (7 ounce) cans salsa Verde
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup beef broth
1-Roast in big crock pot and sprinkle with the pepper, salt and chili and cumin.
2-Remaining ingredients and simmer on medium for 5-6 hours.
3-Slice the meat with a fork and simmer on medium for extra 20-35 min.
