Instant Pot vs. Slow Cooker

Slow cooker can cook most of the same dishes that an electric cooker does, the difference is the operation of both the
devices. Slow cooker as the name suggests, cooks very slowly and on low temperature as compare to the Instant pot
or electric cooker which runs at a very higher temperature and cool food instantly. Because of this time and temperature difference, slow cooker cooks under at least 4 hours while an electric cooker cooks within an hour. Other than that, 75% of energy could be saved using an electric cooker.

Difference Instant Pot and Slow Cooker

As the two differ in functions, they also have different physical features. The electric cookers have insulated housing
and the slow cookers don’t have that and because of this, electric cookers are capable of using less and saving more
energy.Apart from this, electric cooker has a lid that locks the pressure inside, not letting it out at all which is not the case of slow cooker and that is why with electric cooker, the kitchen remains clean smell free.
