Mexican Polenta Recipe



Mexican Polenta Ingredients:

  • Green onion
  • Minced garlic, 2 tsp.
  • Vegetable broth, 2 cups
  • Boiling water, 2 cups
  • Corn meal, 1 cup
  • Chopped cilantro, ¼ cup
  • Chili powder, 1 tbsp.
  • Cumin, 1 tsp.
  • Oregano, 1 tsp.
  • Smoked paprika, ½ tsp.
  • Cayenne pepper, ¼ tsp.

Mexican Polenta Recipe:

1. Saute the green onion and garlic till brown.

2. Mix the vegetable broth, corn meal, spices, boiling water and cilantro in the pot.

3. By closing the lid, reduce the time to 5 minutes on high pressure.

4. After cooked, wait for 10 minutes and then stir it by opening the lid.

5. Serve in a dish.
