Mushroom Gravy Ingredients:
- Olive oil, 1 tbsp.
- Mushrooms, 8oz.
- Flour, 4tbsp
- Butter, 4tbsp
- Milk, ¼ cup
How to make Mushroom Gravy Recipe:
1. Put oil in the put, saute the mushrooms, add water when pot liner sizzles and cook till mushrooms darken.
2. By adding water, close the lid and pressurize it. Drain the broth and save it, put mushrooms back in pot.
3. In a pan melt, butter and add floor to it, stir it till it becomes gravy like. Add mushroom broth as well. Stir it well and add milk to it. Wait till it boils. Add mushrooms, cook for 8mins stirring occasionally.
