How to make easy Onion Soup
- 1 Coconut oil
- 8 cups Onions if available purple Onions
- Balsamic vinegar
- 6 cups Vegetable stock
- 2 piece Bay leaves Dry, the bay leave
- 2 Thyme
Saute the onions in coconut oil, cut in half for 15 mins.
2. Add all the ingredients, stir and close the lid. Cook under high pressure for 10 mins.
3.Remove the bay leaves and thyme and blend the remaining content.
