Penne Pasta Recipe Ingredients:
- Penne pasta, 450 grams
- A sliced onion
- Diced shallot
- Mince garlic, 3 cloves
- Sliced white mushrooms, 12
- Thickly sliced zucchini squash
- Dried oregano, just a pinch
- Dried basil, a pinch
- Salt and black
One cup of homemade vegetable stock and two cups of water, tomato paste 156ml, light soya sauce only two tablespoons.
Penne Pasta Recipe Method:
1. Warm the Instant pot by turning the Saute mode on.
2. Fry the onion, garlic and minced shallot till slightly browned.
3. To make a pasta sauce, add little oil to the instant pot and add all the ingredients in it.
4. Add the penne to the Instant Pot and on top of it, add tomato paste, and mix them. Reduce the cooking time to 4 minutes at high pressure.
5. After 4 minutes of cooking, wait for 5 minutes and then open the lid, add zucchini squash to it and serve in the dish.
