Sweet Curry and Red Curry Soup



Sweet Curry and Red Curry Soup Ingredients:

  • Diced onion
  • Minced garlic, 2 cloves
  • Chili powder, 2 tablespoons
  • Sweet potatoes, diced 1 and half pounds
  • Dried brown lentils, one cup
  • Sea salt, one teaspoon
  • Vegetable broth, four cups
  • Kidney beans, cooked, drained and rinsed, 215 ounce
  • Red curry paste, 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut milk, 115 ounce
  • Tomatoes, diced not drained, 28 ounces
  • Cilantro, half cup
  • Lime juice, one tablespoon
  • Green chilies, one can

Sweet Curry and Red Curry Soup Method:

1. On the ‘saute’ option, add olive oil, garlic and onion for sautéing, fry till they soften

2. Stir sweet potatoes in it and then stop the ‘saute’ option

3. Put all of the other ingredients and seal the lid

4. Reduce time to 10 minutes. After  that, let the pressure release naturally and then open the lid.

5. Stir the content and serve it warm.
