Sponge cake ingredients: 5 egg whites 100 gr sugar 1 tsp vinegar 5 egg yolks 1 tsp vanilla 150 gr cake flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 30 ml vegetable oil 50 ml fresh milk 1 tsp strawberry paste Baking tin size : 18 X 8 cm Transparent Jelly Ingredients: 100 gr gelatine powder + 500 ml water, let it sit 20 minutes 200 gr sugar + 500 ml hot water 1 tsp vanilla 50 gr lemon juice Cream cheese filling ingredients 3 tsp gelatine powder + 3 tsp water, let it sit for 15 minutes. Add in 6-7 tsp hot water, keep stirring until reaches room temperature, 100 gr cream cheese 100 gr yogurt 50 gr powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla 100 gr whipped cream White chocolate ganache ingredient 200 gr white chocolate 100 gr whipped cream Tips: Please ensure to secure the bottom pan with plastic wrap and taped to prevent leaking while add in jelly water mixture ----------------------------------- [INDONESIAN] Fruit Jelly Sponge Cake Bahan Sponge cake : 5 putih telur 100 gr gula 1 sdt cuka 5 kuning telur 1 sdt vanilla 150 gr cake flour 1 sdt baking powder 1/2 sdt garam 30 ml minyak sayur 50 ml susu cair 1 sdt pasta strawberry Loyang bulat diameter : 18 / tinggi 8 cm, oles margarine dan beri baking paper Bahan Jelly Lemon 100 gr gelatine bubuk + 500 ml air suhu ruang saja, aduk, diamkan 20 menit 500 gr air 200 gr gula 1 sdt vanilla 50 gr air lemon / jeruk nipis, saring. Bahan Cream cheese filling 3 sdt gelatine bubuk + 3 sdt air, rendam selama 15 menit. Lalu beri 6-7 sdt air panas, aduk rata sampai larut dan bening, biarkan suhu ruang. 100 gr cream cheese, suhu ruang 100 gr yogurt 50 gr gula bubuk 1 sdt vanilla 100 gr whipping cream, kocok sampai agak kaku.
