In this video you will learn how to make buttercream camellia flowers using Wilton tip 101 for the petals and Wilton tip 1 for the stamens. These are buttercream flower transfers which once piped, you leave exposed to air on a plate or tray to firm up and crust. This can take 3 - 8 hours, depending on the size of the flowers. Larger flowers will need more hours to crust. Alternatively you can freeze the flowers in an airtight container for up to a month.
