Slip stitch to close the hole.Wings (make 2): Start with white yarn and make a magic ring. Crochet 6 sc into the ring. Increase to 12 sc by crocheting 2 sc in each stitch. Crochet 5 rounds of sc without increasing. Decrease by crocheting 2 sc together every round until you have 3 sc. Stuff the wing lightly. Crochet 2 sc together, then slip stitch to close the hole.
Assembly:Sew the wings to the sides of the body. Sew the head to the body, leaving a small gap for the neck. Embroider small black triangles above the eyes for eyebrows. Embroider a small yellow circle in the center of the beak.Tips: You can use different shades of white yarn for the body and head to create a more realistic effect. If you are using safety eyes, be sure to sew them on securely so that they are not a choking hazard. You can add other details to your owl, such as feet or feathers, if you like.
