(6) Inc in each st around. (12) Sc in next st, inc in next st; repeat around. (18) Sc in next 2 st, inc in next st; repeat around. (24) Sc in next 3 st, inc in next st; repeat around. (30) Sc in next 4 st, inc in next st; repeat around. (36) 7-12. Sc in each st around. (36) Sc in next 4 st, dec in next st; repeat around. (30) Sc in next 3 st, dec in next st; repeat around. (24) Change to orange yarn, Sc in next 3 st, inc in next st; repeat around. (30) Sc in each st around. (30) Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
 
 Cape: Using black yarn, ch 30. Sc in the second ch from the hook and across. (29) Ch 1, turn. Sc in each st across. (29) Repeat row 3 for 10 rows. Fasten off and weave in ends. Assembly: Attach the ears to the sides of the head. Sew the arms to the sides of the body, just below the head. Attach the legs to the bottom of the body. Sew the hat to the top of the head. Tie the cape around the neck of the teddy bear using a small piece of orange yarn. Embroider the facial features with black and white yarn. Your Halloween Teddy Bear is now complete!
