Curly Hair Curls (For Pigtails and Bangs): Curly Strands: Ch 35–40. Starting from the 2nd chain from hook, work 2 sc or 3 sc into every chain link across. The strip will naturally curl into a spiral. Make 10–12 curly strands for each side pigtail bundle and sew them securely onto the hair cap. For the front hairline and bangs, make shorter curly strands (ch 15–20) and attach them across the front rim. 4. Dress Worked in light blue yarn. Using skin tone yarn, embroider a small nose spanning 2 stitches along Round 54. Blush: Lightly apply pink powder blush to the cheeks using a soft brush.
